& TO PAY THE ANNUAL BOOSTER MEMBER FEE ON-LINE

            1. You may pay via your Pay Pal account or select the option to use your own credit card.

            2. Please complete all shipping information including your email address when requested! This helps us identify the transaction.

            3. When you have completed this transaction, a new page will appear please click on either " MEMBER Registration FORM", to include you on our member roster.

            5. You are about to place an order:
              A. In order to purchase a Sports Pass, you must also register as a Booster Club
                   Member and pay the $5.00 annual fee.
              B. Sports passes are available for the following:  (Sports pass is good for entrance
                   to all FHS home sports events except playoffs).
                    i.  Individuals 13 & older for $50.00
                   ii. Individuals 12 & younger for $25.00
                  iii. Family of 4 for $125.00 (if more than 4, must purchase additional pass as noted above).
              C. You may only register and pay the member fee or the fee along with cost of sports pass.
              D.  Please update quantities at Pay Pal
              E.  A sales Tax & Shipping / Handling fee is added to the transaction
