Volunteer Vehicle & Finger Printing Requirements: Volunteers Must Read GO
Select Pay Pal Logo to pay for Sports Pass ($50.00 ea person 18 & Older) + $5.00 family member fee on-line; When complete, you can print the Registration form and mail it as noted on bottom of form. Sport Pass Flyer
Fill out the Membership Registration Form and indicate which areas you are interested in volunteering. Then send the member fee of $5.00 and form to the boosters as noted on bottom of form.
By indicating an area of interest your hours can count towards funds for the group/s you select.B1

The Booster Membership Committee will enter your information into our database and you will be called or receive an e-mail to request your help when needed for a variety of different Booster Activities. Booster membership also complies with legal and insurance rules for participating with Booster Sponsored events.
If you have not been contacted by a Booster Board Member or an Activity Coordinator, send an email by clicking on envelope at bottom of this page and let us know what activity you are interested in helping with.
Remember, your hours count towards funds when you help at a Booster event that is not associated with your student's club or sports group. When raising funds for your designated group, that is when you are helping your designated group; however, by volunteering at other events not associated with your designated group, your hours count towards a share of funds raised by that Booster Sponsored Event. It is very important to record your volunteer hours throughout the year. Click the links on the right to access and print out a Volunteer Form work sheet.
Simply fill out the form giving your Name, Volunteer Activity, Hours Worked, and what FHS Group you would like your hours credited to. If you do not state the FHS Group, our Volunteer Coordinator will default to the Group indicated on your FHS Booster Membership Form. The Word Document may work better to send as email attachment.
